This document explains what data lidexver.eu collects, how it is used, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What Data Is Collected
lidexver.eu collects minimal data:
- Contact form submissions: name, phone number, and email address entered voluntarily. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. Logs are retained for 14 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Cookies: A single functional cookie records whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice. No tracking or advertising cookies are placed.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Contact form data — processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs — processed on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining site security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from receipt, after which they are permanently deleted. Server logs are deleted after 14 days. Cookie preference data is stored in your browser's local storage and is removed when you clear site data.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access personal data held about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO): uodo.gov.pl.

Third-Party Services
lidexver.eu does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising scripts. Images are served directly from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licences. No user data is transmitted to Wikimedia as part of normal page loading.
Cookies
One cookie is set: cookie_choice, stored in localStorage. It records whether you clicked Accept or Reject on the cookie notice. No cross-site tracking occurs. You may clear this at any time through your browser settings.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes to this policy will be noted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after a policy update does not constitute consent to new processing activities; where consent is required, we will ask again.
